Interactive Media

Students in the Interactive Media major develop the ability to manipulate and create interactive experiences for a targeted audience. Students in this major learn story boarding, web site design, image creation and manipulation, 2D animation and 3D modeling and animation.

Thanks to funds received from a technology grant, students will learn to rig and animate characters using a motion capture suit in the 2011-12 school year.

Software used in this program includes Photoshop CS5, Flash CS5, Dreamweaver CS5, After Effects, Sound Booth, Motion Builder and Maya 2012.

Office Information Specialist

In the Office Information Specialist major students gain the technical and managerial skills needed for success in competitive business careers. They learn to integrate multiple software applications used in office settings. In addition, students acquire graphic web and digital communications skills. Students learn a variety of software packages used in desktop publishing and web design and develop the fundamental skills needed to create, revise, optimize and export graphics.
