George Nigh Rehabilitation Center (GNRC) is a Medicare certified
physical rehabilitation hospital located on eleven wooded acres in
Okmulgee Oklahoma. In addition to acute rehabilitative services, the
hospital provides skilled nursing facility services as well as
comprehensive outpatient programs for both adults and children with disabling illness or injury. Our goal is to effectively treat conditions that may benefit from intensive rehabilitation include
back and neck injuries, spinal cord injury, stroke, amputation,
orthopedic conditions such as joint replacements and fractures,
multiple sclerosis, arthritis, traumatic brain injury, Parkinson’s
disease in addition to many other acute and chronic conditions.

Skilled nursing facility candidates may include those in need of post
surgical care, wound care, IV therapy, pulmonary care as well as
other medical conditions that require daily skilled services. Our LTAC facility specializes in the treatment of the most critical and complex medical and surgical conditions.
