“Celebrating 100 Years of Oklahoma 4-H”

Workshop Description: Happy Birthday, Clover! Oklahoma 4-H is celebrating 100 years of fun and learning. Participate in this workshop to learn more about 4-H history and ways to celebrate Oklahoma 4-H’s birthday!
“Preventative Medicine & First Aid for Your Horse”

Workshop Description: Current recommendations on vaccinations, deworming, and feeding; First aid for wounds, colic, and common emergencies.
“Hydro Rocket Competition”
Instructor: Rick Clovis, Creek Nation 4-H Educator
Workshop Description: Workshop will be designed for those with some hydro rocket experience. Purpose of the workshop is for the participants to return to their home counties to train & encourage 4-H youth to participate in a hydro-rocket contest at the State Roundup. The session will give the exact rules for the contest, as well as give examples of rocket construction and launch systems. Educational material and program ideas will be presented that will aid the participants in presenting an educational, as well as fun program in their home counties.
“Mad House Olympics”

Workshop Description: Put some fun back into your club programs. “Rev it up” with games made from things you have laying around the house. Never again be without something to do when it “rains” on your parade!
“Power Up…Your Power Point Presentation”

Workshop Description: Do you know the “dos” and “don’ts” of preparing a power point presentation? This workshop will provide you with hands on activities and instructions of how to properly prepare and conduct a power point presentation. The workshop will also focus on developing public speaking skills.
